Return & Exchange Policy
Due to health and hygiene considerations, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened. We strongly recommend you carefully inspect your order upon delivery and ensure the packaging is intact before signing for it. Should you have any concerns, please reach out support@ooolalanails.com immediately.

Wrong Product
We can provide refunds for the following situations:
- Package lost or damaged
- Wrong product
- Product that does not match the product description
You can email support@ooolalanails.com first to tell us about the problem you encountered and request a refund. Once we receive your application for refund, if approved, your refund will be processed. If necessary you may need to ship the item to us and pay the shipment, please make sure the item is unused.
The amount will be automatically credited to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
If there is something wrong with the items you bought, please contact us support@ooolalanails.com within 30 days of the date of purchase and we will gladly help you and replace it (Vandalism is not acceptable).
